MESSAGE FROM THE FOUNDER DIRECTOR
The world is currently facing severe issues such as climate change, water resource exhaustion, and depletion of fossil resources; yet, various new possibilities are also expanding through the advancement of information technologies. And as our business environment is currently changing at an unprecedented speed, we must respond more promptly than ever to accurately perceive the trends of the times.
Under these circumstances, At Ruchi Group of chemicals, we will endeavor to create value that will benefit society while building new business models that meet the demands of the times by integrating the corporate resources that have been accumulated and cultivated over the decades.
This will serve as an opportunity to steadily implement portfolio reforms and improve productivity, thus building a more solid earnings base, as well as advancing innovation and allowing us to focus on developing new products that will become our next growth drivers and new markets
Furthermore, we have defined regions of operation outside Pune, and established regional headquarters to support growth and increase profitability to strengthen our overseas business base as well as promote overseas business development through cross-regional marketing activities.
In order to attain sustainable growth under such extreme changes, I believe it is essential for us to nurture an environment and culture for our employees to foresee the changes, and flexibly and resolutely take actions. We will promote health management as an important issue, so that every employee can work actively.
